Orders

Bulk Orders: please contact us about pricing and shipment for bulk orders --5 or more of any one title). Indicate which book(s) you are interested in and how many copies you require. Include your full address.

Regular Orders: Pay by check or money order using our online forms. You may also use your credit card by using the Paypal option available on each book's page. Just click on the book you are interested in and select whether you are a Canadian Paypal customer, U.S. or an International customer.

Shipping

All books are shipped by surface. Please let us know if you require a quote on air freight or foreign rates.

Shipping rates to continental U.S. addresses
$ 1 - $10 total purchase, shipping is $3
$11 - $20 total purchase, shipping is $7
$21 - $30 total purchase, shipping is $9
For each additional $10 of the total purchase price, $2 in postage will be added.

If your purchase is over $100, you may qualify for bulk shipping rates. Please enquire for the best rate. Let us know how many of each book you want.

Common Ordering Questions

Question: What are the payment options for my book order?

Answer: Westcoast Words offers several different payment options:

• Mail in orders may be accompanied by a personal check or international money order made out to Westcoast Words. Be sure to include your complete mailing address along with your order. Use our convenient order form for this: US orders | Canadian orders
• If you wish to pay by credit card (either Visa or Mastercard), select the PayPal option on each book's page.

Question: Is there a discount if I order multiple copies?

Answer: Yes, Westcoast Words offers a special discount rate for anyone purchasing 5 or more copies of the same title. (Note that this offer does not apply to five different titles.) For more information, please contact us.

Question: How long does it take to get my book order?

Answer: Generally you can expect to receive your books within two weeks of payment. If you are interested in expedited shipping, please contact us or call 604-731-5565. Foreign orders requesting surface shipping can expect a transit time of 2 months. Those foreign orders opting for airmail shipment can expect to receive books within 10 days - 2 weeks.

Question: Are any of your books available locally?

Answer: Several of our titles are available at various retail outlets in North America and the UK. Email us with your location and we will gladly let you know of any retailers in your area.
